Frintz® (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Direct Mail 2020, LLC (d/b/a Frintz), headquartered at 260 E. Main St., Suite 6212, Rochester, NY 14604.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of both Advertisers and Consumers who use our websites, apps, and services (collectively, the “Frintz Platform”).

Frintz connects advertisers with consumers through printed and digital media, allowing users to upload, print, and receive photos paired with relevant advertisements.
This policy explains:

What information we collect,
How we use and protect it,
When it may be shared, and
What rights you have regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Information You Provide

We collect information directly from you when you:

Create an account or sign in (email, name, password, phone number);
Upload photos, files, or advertising materials;
Enter billing or payment details;
Communicate with us through support, chat, or email;
Participate in campaigns, promotions, or surveys.

2.2. Information from Third-Party Sign-Ins (e.g., Google)

If you choose to sign in with Google, we access only the data you grant us permission to access via the Google OAuth process, which may include:

Your Google account ID,
Name,
Email address,
Profile picture.

We do not access your Gmail, Drive, or Calendar data unless you explicitly authorize it for a specific feature.

Use of Google Data:
Frintz uses Google user data only to authenticate your identity, display your account name and image within the Frintz app, and send account notifications.
We do not share or sell Google data, and we never use it for advertising outside your authorized context.

2.3. Automatically Collected Information

When you interact with our platform, we automatically collect:

Device type, browser type, and operating system;
IP address and approximate location;
Session activity, clicks, and usage patterns;
Cookies and analytics identifiers (for performance and security).

2.4. Cookies & Tracking

Frintz uses cookies and similar technologies to:

Keep you logged in;
Analyze usage to improve performance;
Measure advertising effectiveness;
Remember preferences.

You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

Provide and improve Frintz services;
Authenticate users and manage accounts;
Process and fulfill photo printing and mailing orders;
Deliver advertising content and measure its performance;
Communicate important updates and marketing offers (if you opt in);

We may also use anonymized or aggregated data for analytics, research, and reporting.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal data.
We share information only as necessary to operate our business:

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

If you delete your account, all associated personal data (including Google account linkages, uploaded photos, and order details) will be removed within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.

Frintz uses multiple layers of security including:

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for internal access;
Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS);
Encrypted data storage (AES-256);
Access controls and monitoring across AWS and Firebase infrastructure.

Despite these safeguards, no system is 100% secure, and users share data at their own risk.

7. Your Rights

Frintz is a U.S.-based service and operates under applicable U.S. privacy laws.
While certain international regulations (such as GDPR) may not apply, Frintz voluntarily provides the following user rights to all users:

Request access to your data;
Correct or update inaccurate information;
Delete your account and personal data;
Withdraw consent for optional data processing (e.g., marketing emails).

8. Children’s Privacy

Frintz is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, it will be deleted immediately.

9. Data Storage and U.S. Jurisdiction

All data is processed and stored on servers located in the United States.
Frintz currently serves only U.S.-based users.
By using Frintz, you acknowledge and agree that any data provided will be governed by the laws and privacy standards of the United States and the State of New York.
